Millennium Auto Group Company Limited, the authorised BMW dealer, is launching the 'BMW Millennium Auto Pattanakarn-Srinakarin' a new flagship fully-fledged showroom on Pattanakarn Road. This latest showroom, featuring innovative technology with elegant design, will become a new meeting destination for all BMW enthusiasts, featuring high-performance BMW M series, BMW i Series and BMW luxury models, while enhancing the overall experience to meet the different lifestyles of all customers.

The first in Southeast Asia with innovative design under the new customer retail concept from BMW

The design of BMW Millennium Auto Pattanakarn-Srinakarin’s three-storey showroom is both intelligent and sophisticated, creating the illusion of a floating box that gives a spacious, ethereal feeling when looking in from the outside. The architectural façade reveals a design that is divided into three sub-windows to display new vehicles, pre-owned vehicles, and BMW M models. The entire building area can display over 50 BMW vehicles, divided into 15 new vehicles and 40 pre-owned vehicles, and a parking lot that can accommodate up to 200 vehicles.

A large roof in front of the showroom protects customers from sunlight and rain while the DC-Direct Current Charger is available to support BMW electric vehicle charging. The main hall downstairs is illuminated by natural light filtered through the glass roof, while the panoramic elevator in the middle of the showroom allows customers to view the enticing interior. The vehicle handover lounge is housed in a separate room with glass walls to elevate the customer experience. The overall interior design gives a warm feeling with large sofa sets to accommodate customers’ friends and families. The showroom is also equipped with LED screens and a camerathat can capture photos and videos of memorable occasions. A large piano creates a stunning showpiece and makes beautiful music to entertain the visitors. The showroom staff are ready to give a warm welcome, and all departments are connected to provide exceptional customer service.

BMW Millennium Auto Pattanakarn-Srinakarin is the first showroom in Thailand that was built under the new customer retail concept, 'Retail Next', applied from BMW in Germany. It features customer-oriented design to create a unique and personalised experience by focusing on a relaxed atmosphere like in a gallery or a living room.The vehicles are nicely displayed at different angles surrounded by sofas and seating within the 'customer stage' area, where customers can easily interact with the vehicles. Private sales advisor cubicles are also available to provide privacy.

Tapping into five senses to offer unparalleled experience

BMW Millennium Auto Pattanakarn-Srinakarin is more than a car showroom. It is a meeting place for BMW enthusiasts providing an unforgettable experience for each customer through the five senses: sight, taste, smell, sound, and touch. Customers will be attracted by outstanding decor and greeted with a signature aroma when stepping into the building. They will indulge in a unique selection of premium snacks and drinks crafted by Nespresso Bar. All this clearly reflects BMW’s elegant yet simple style.

Impressive showroom design

To provide customers with an unmatched experience throughout the showroom, BMW Millennium Auto Pattanakarn-Srinakarin’s mezzanine is brilliantly designed to attractively display vehicles, inviting customers to explore every area of the showroom. A full line-up of classic BMW vehicles is nicely displayed on the ground floor, giving a relaxed atmosphere – like being in a gallery. While BMW's luxury range is displayed on the mezzanine including BMW 7 Series and BMW X7, large LED screens are equipped in each zone to show detailed vehicle information to elevate the customer experience.

BMW M Series are displayed on the second floor with catchy racing-inspired décor with a large LED screen depicting thrilling ambience to match the M characteristics.

On the same floor, there is also a 500 m 2 open space displaying BMW Premium Selection’s finest pre-owned BMW cars and more than 40 pre-owned BMW vehicles from ‘Master Certified Used Car’. This area also serves as a multi-purpose space for special events, which can accommodate up to 500 attendees.

BMW electric vehicles, including the BMW iX, BMW iX3 or BMW i4, are displayed in another area of the mezzanine. This area features an eco-friendly decor concept and is equipped with a large LED display and a standard wall charger to reflect BMW's 'Vision of Sustainability', driving electric mobility.

BMW Millennium Auto Pattanakarn-Srinakarin features customer-oriented design that encourages customer and employee engagement. The ‘Millennium Auditorium’ is a multi-purpose room located on the third floor. The campus-style auditorium features cascading stairs from the rear to the front stage and is equipped with a large projector providing flexibility to use during meetings, product presentation sessions, or customer events. The showroom also features a co-working space with a relaxed atmosphere that promotes teamwork and encourages employees to mingle and share ideas together.

BMW owners can have a peace of mind with comprehensive after-sales service at the state-of-the-art service centre. With the exclusive ‘RATC’ service (Reception at The Car), the customers can book a service slot conveniently online. Customers will also experience unrivalled service from a team of expert technicians and senior technicians who are certified to work on high-voltage systems by BMW Thailand and have received extensive training from ‘Master Automotive Training Center’ (MAT) under the management of MGC-ASIA group. The service centre also comes with 24 service bays, divided into 18 standard bays and six fast lanes, including two BMW-certified body paint shops.
